Hatha Yoga | Practicing Indoors and Outdoors

Whether you practice Indoor or Outdoors, practice Yoga with good ventilation in a room or place that is calm and peaceful. You can also practice Asanas outdoors provided that the surroundings are pleasant, such as a nice garden with lots of greenery and flowers which is very soothing visually as well as quiet.

Practicing in the cold wind, polluted or smelly air is inadvisable, as you'll need good air to obtain maximum benefit of breathing asanas. Also practicing in close proximity to furniture or a fireplace is hazardous. Plus you'll need a good amount of room to perform Asanas with your arms and legs. In case it's pretty hot, then you can practice yoga with a fan to keep your body cool and comfortable.
