However, if you’re underweight or of normal weight, then you can be more flexible in your diet, provided that it’s nutritional, so you can maintain good health.

Some of the Nutritional Foods for Yoga practitioners should include Oats, Barley, Wheat, Rice, Pulses, Green Vegetables, Fruits, Milk, Yogurt, Nuts, etc… So, if you need to lose weight or gain weight, then Yoga will enable you to do so provided you exercise daily and control your diet.

Hatha Yoga | A Stretching Exercise from Head to Toe

Hatha Yoga is a stretching exercise that lengthens and strengthens muscles from end to end, not just the middle. By twisting and stretching the muscles, Hatha Yoga helps to release built up toxins, making muscles stronger, more flexible, more resilient, resistant to stress and less susceptible to an injury. In fact, it releases stress and is like a natural dose of valium for calming the mind and managing stress. Yoga is the best defense for people who suffer from anxiety and stress disorders. Hatha Yoga makes positive changes in people's lives and increases longevity through increased flexibility, greater strength and improved breathing, key ingredients to a healthy life.

Hatha Yoga | The Human Body is just like a car

The Human Body is just like a car. And if you want your car in good running condition it needs at least five things - lubrication, a cooling system, electric current, fuel and a good driver behind the wheel. So Hatha Yoga exercises or Asanas (postures) lubricate the body by lubricating the joints for good running condition. Postures keep the muscles and joints running smoothly, toning all the internal organs and improving blood circulation (fuel), without creating any fatigue. By doing Hatha Yoga exercises, you also tone your muscles and bones (electric current). Relaxation is the best cooling system in Hatha Yoga and the body is cooled by complete relaxation. And with a combination of exercises and relaxation you learn how to gain control over your mind and body.
