Hatha Yoga | Beginning with the right Asanas

Hatha Yoga has many prescribed Asanas (postures) for general health, for weight control, for better eyesight, for mental calm, even for curing disabilities and diseases. Hatha Yoga can transform you into good health if you follow the asanas correctly. Hatha Yoga Asanas broadly start from Head, Arms, Chest, Back to Legs. These Warm Up Exercises (Asanas or Postures) are to be done for about a half hour (30 minutes). This is then followed by Relaxation postures after which more strecting and breathing postures can be attempted while laying on the floor.

Once you have mastered these simple exercises, you can then attempt more strenuous asanas for muscular development and building physique. This is then followed by asanas for the nerves and arteries as they too are critical to good health. To achieve full mastery of Hatha Yoga, you will have to learn asanas to Cleanse your body internally. Mastering all of these techniques for doing Hatha Yoga Asanas can offer you lifelong mental, physical and spiritual rewards.
